  • Grundpflegerische Versorgung
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung
  • Behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten wie Medikamentengabe, An- bzw. Ausziehen von Kompressionsstrümpfen, s.c. Injektionen, z.B. Insulin etc.
  • Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen an der Pflege und Versorgung Beteiligter (Angehörige, Hausärzte, Dienstleister)
  • Digitale Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

  • Berufsabschluss als Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeassistentin / Assistent oder Altenpflegehelfer / -Helferin
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und Lust, in einem lebendigen Team mitzuarbeiten
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
  • Mobilität per Auto oder Rad
