Im Gesundheitsamt Bremen sind in der Abteilung „Sozialmedizinischer Dienst für Erwachsene“ im Referat „Kommunale Selbsthilfe- und Gesundheitsförderung“ mehrere Stellen als

  • Gesundheitsfachkraft in der Kita (w/m/d)
  • Entgeltgruppe 9b TV-L
  • (Kennziffer: 20-2026/23-8)

befristet bis 31.12.2029 mit einer Wochenstundenzahl von 29,4 zum 01.01.2027 zu besetzen.

Diese Stellen sind nicht teilzeitgeeignet.

Die Stelle umfasst im Wesentlichen die folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung gesundheitsbezogener Bedarfsanalysen einschließlich Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Stärkung der elterlichen Gesundheitskompetenz durch eigenverantwortliche Beratung durch Orientierung und Vermittlung zu geeigneten, bestehenden Unterstützungs- und Präventionsangeboten
  • Gesundheitsbezogene Fachberatung und Lotsenfunktion und Ansprechperson für externe Fachkräfte wie Kinderärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen oder Beratungsstellen
  • Koordination zwischen Kita, Eltern, Gesundheitswesen und Netwerkpartner:innen
  • Netzwerkarbeit und Teilnahme an fachlichen Austauschtreffen, Fortbildungen und Fachtagen

Formale Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder FH-Dipl.) der Gesundheitswissenschaften/Public Health oder eines vergleichbaren gesundheitsbezogenen Studienfaches oder
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderkrankenpfleger:in (w/m/d) oder Pflegefachfrau bzw. Pflegefachmann sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kinderkrankenpflege
