Das Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer, Krankenhaus der Schwerpunktversorgung, verfügt über 484 Planbetten und 32 tagesklinische Plätze in den Fachabteilungen Innere Medizin, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe, Gefäßchirurgie, Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie, Anästhesie, Pädiatrie und Neonatologie sowie den Sektionen Gelenkchirurgie und Neurochirurgie und versorgt jährlich ca. 26.000 stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten.

  • Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n
  • Gesundheitsökonom:in als Medizincontroller:in (w/m/d)
  • in Teil- (mind. 75 %) oder Vollzeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört u.a.:

  • MD-Management inkl. LE-Portal, Widerspruchs- und Klageverfahren sowie Rückmeldungen an Kodierabteilung und medizinisches Personal
  • Kommunikation mit Kostenträgern, z.B. MBEG und Falldialoge
  • Bearbeitung von PKV-Anfragen
  • DRG-Fallkodierungen
  • Fallbesprechungen mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Kodier-, Dokumentations- und Abrechnungsprozesse

Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen:

  • Erfahrung im Medizincontrolling
  • medizinische oder pflegerische Grundausbildung
  • Fachweiterbildung zur Kodierfachkraft oder Medizincontroller, idealerweise Studium wie z.B. Gesundheitsökonomie
  • versierter Umgang mit KIS und MS Office
  • interprofessionelle Kommunikationsstärke
