  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten Beurteilung von Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzansprüchen
  • Beratung der Mitarbeiter im Service
  • Kontrolle der Gewährleistungsanträge
  • Abrechnung der Garantie- und Kulanzanträge mit Hersteller
  • Rücksendung/ Abwicklung von Garantieteilen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Schulung
  • Garantieprüfung zur Einhaltung der Standards
  • Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden vor Ort und am Telefon
  • Herausragende Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sind die Leitlinien für Ihre tägliche Arbeit
  • PERSÖNLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Autohaus
  • Der Umgang mit vielen unterschiedlichen Kunden macht Ihnen Spaß
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und haben Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Kommunikatives und kompetentes Auftreten sowie kundenorientiertes Arbeiten sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Technischer Hintergrund - gerne arbeiten wir Mitarbeiter aus der Werkstatt in das Aufgabengebiet ein!
