Deine Aufgaben

  • Liebevolle Beratung von Angehörigen rund um das Thema Bestattung...
  • Organisation von Bestattungen (Koordination mit Lieferant_innen, Partner_innen, Friedhöfen und Ämtern)
  • Verkauf von Bestattungsleistungen und Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Kund_innenservice

  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Empathie und sozialer Kompetenz mit.
  • Du bist offen, höflich und stets serviceorientiert.
  • Du arbeitest auch unter Druck eigenständig, zuverlässig und genau.
  • Du handelst und denkst lösungsorientiert.
  • Du hast ein positives und charismatisches Auftreten.
  • Du hast sowohl an Organisation als auch am Verkauf Freude.

  • Ein Grundgehalt (bis zum 6.Monat läuft ein befristeter Vertrag) EUR 2.495,00 brutto pro Monat für 40h/Woche, 14x sowie Zusatzverdienste durch Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft und weiterer Aufgaben; ab dem 6. Monat ( ab dann: unbefristeter Vertrag) EUR 2.795,00 für 40h/Woche.
