Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professioneller Umgang mit lokalen sowie internationalen Kund_innen
  • Selbstständige Vertragsabwicklung zur Vermietung von Fahrzeugen
  • Aktive Beratung und Verkauf von sämtlichen Zusatzleistungen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Autovermietung
  • Fokus auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund_innen
  • Flottenadministration, Schadensmanagement, Disposition

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Sie haben einen abgeschlossene Schul- und/oder Berufsausbildung und serviceorientierte Berufspraxis.
  • Sie verfügen über Teamgeist und sind multitaskingfähig.
  • Bereitschaft an wechselnden Schichtdiensten.
  • Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Sie verfügen über solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
  • Eine Leidenschaft für Kund_innenservice sowie unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und vorausschauend.

Arbeitszeiten:

  • Vollzeit, 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Montag bis Sonntag von 08:00 - 24:00 Uhr Uhr nach Absprache

Das Bruttojahresgehalt - bei Vollzeit (40h/Woche) - bei dieser Position beträgt je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation mindestens ab € 2.200,-- plus die Option auf weitere verkaufsabhängige Provisionszahlungen.
