  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung der Werkstattleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Vereinbarung und Koordination von Service- und Werkstattterminen
  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Versicherungen sowie Sachverständigen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Reparatur- und Serviceabläufen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Motorrad- oder Kfz-Bereich
  • Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Werkstattumfeld von Vorteil
