  • Du übernimmst die Betreuung und technische Beratung unserer Kunden m/w/d
  • Du erstellst Kostenvoranschläge
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Fahrzeugannahme zur Reparatur
  • Du sorgst mit deinem Verkaufstalent für ein Cross- und Upselling von Zusatzleistungen
  • Du bist zuständig für die Fahrzeugübergabe an unsere Kunden m/w/d sowie für die dazugehörige Rechnungserklärung
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • -abgeschlossene technische Fachausbildung
  • -Berufserfahrung im KFZ-Bereich bzw. im Kundendienst eines KFZ-Betriebes m/w/d
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung m/w/d
  • -Freude im Umgang mit Kunden m/w/d und an der Arbeit im Team
  • -hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
  • -Führerschein Klasse B
