Gießereimechaniker / Former / Gießer / Schmelzer (m/w/d) – Großguss

Wir suchen erfahrene Mitarbeiter im Bereich Gießerei (Handformguss / kernnacherei / Schmelzbetrieb) für den Einsatz in einer Giesserei.

Der Einsatz erfolgt im Bereich Großguss (Bauteile ab ca. 20 – 30 Tonnen Stückgewicht).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Gussformen (Handformguss / Handkernen)
  • Arbeiten mit Sandformen sowie Einformen von Modellen
  • Schmelzen von Metallen und Vorbereitung der Schmelze
  • Gießen von Großbauteilen
  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Gießanlagen und Schmelzöfen
  • Nachbearbeitung und Kontrolle der Gussteile
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Sie begleiten den gesamten Gießprozess – von der Formherstellung bis zum fertigen Gussteil

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung als Gießereimechaniker, Former, Gießer oder Schmelzer
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Handformguss oder Großguss zwingend erforderlich
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Arbeit mit schweren Bauteilen und hohen Temperaturen)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • Übertarifliche Bezahlung nach GVP + Branchenzuschlag Metall
  • Planbare Lohnsteigerungen ohne Verhandlung
  • Langfristiger Einsatz bei einem namhaften Industriekunden
  • Unterkunft wird gegen Zuzahlung von 300 € gestellt (Abzug vom Gehalt)
  • Persönliche Betreuung

Ihre Stundenlohn-Entwicklung:

  • ab Start: 18,98 € / Stunde
  • ab der 7. Woche: 19,80 € / Stunde
  • ab dem 3. Monat: 21,45 € / Stunde
  • ab dem 5. Monat: 23,93 € / Stunde
  • ab dem 7. Monat: 24,75 € / Stunde
  • ab dem 9. Monat: ca. 24,35 € / Stunde
  • ab dem 15. Monat: 27,06 € / Stunde

Alle Angaben Bruttoangaben.

Zusätzliche Zuschläge Laut Tarifvertrag der GVP.
