Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen im Bereich der Metallverarbeitung und spezialisiert auf hochwertige Gusslösungen. Mit modernster Technik und einem starken Team fertigen wir Präzisionsbauteile für namhafte Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen. Zur Verstärkung unserer Produktion suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Gießereimechaniker/in (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Maschinenbedienung: Selbstständiges Einrichten, Anfahren und Bedienen von Zinkdruckgussmaschinen im Warmkammerverfahren.
  • Prozessüberwachung: Überwachung der Fertigungsparameter sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von In-Prozess-Kontrollen und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse.
  • Fehleranalyse: Erkennen von Gussfehlern und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gießereimechaniker/in, Metalltechniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Druckguss, idealerweise im Zinkdruckguss.
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis für komplexe Anlagen.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-System.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamgeist.
