Job Description:

• •Accurately performs cashier duties, payroll deduction transactions, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• •Orders, receives, and maintains inventory, including processing and tagging new merchandise.
• •Facilitates system upgrades to support operational efficiency.
• •Merchandises products and maintains a safe, orderly, and customer-friendly environment.
• •Assists customers with purchases and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• •Prepares, coordinates, and advertises sales to promote store activity.
• •Trains Volunteers in daily operations and customer service.
• •Prepares bi-weekly payroll deduction for submission to Payroll.
• •Reconciles monthly credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• •Provides monthly purchase activity reports to the Foundation Director.
• •Actively markets and promotes the gift shop to increase annual sales and net profit.
• •Maintains compliance with safety standards and store organization protocols.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Comply with departmental policies and procedures. [Required]
• •Other duties as may be assigned. [Required]
• •Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills. [Preferred]
• •Basic computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs [Preferred]

Education:

• •High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• •Associate [Preferred]

Work Experience:

3+ retail sales and management [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay Range:

• $41,516.80 - $77,188.80
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
