SUMMARY
GL accountant is responsible for the payables, receivables, tax, fixed asset, expenses, document filing and other external statutory requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review payable documents, book entry and monthly reconciliation with vendors.
Review receivable documents, book entry and monthly reconciliation with customers.
Review fixed asset documents, book entry and yearly physical check.
Review expense documents, book entry and alert the budget if any.
Handle all taxes filing and make sure all related compliance.
Document filing timely and coordinate the external audit.
Meet the external statutory requirements if any.
Other assignments by the Plant Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of GL experience.
Experience in e-commerce or distribution area is preferred.
CPA or ACCA are preferred.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree. Accounting and related majors.
Skilled at communication of cross-department.
Reading & writing English, speaking English is preferred.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Familiar with U9 or other ERP system.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
