Unser Partner ist ein seit 40 Jahren regional etablierter Spezialist für Fenster, Türen, Wintergärten und Glasbau im Hausruckviertel, mit eigener Planung, Fertigung und Montage. Keine Serien- oder Standardmontage, sondern hochwertige individuelle Kundenprojekte. Firmenbus, vom Betrieb bezahlte Weiterbildungen und ein klarer Karrierepfad bis zur Bauleitung machen diesen Betrieb besonders attraktiv.

Arbeitszeit

  • Vollzeit
  • Freitag jede Woche garantiert ab Mittag frei
  • Als Vorarbeiter bei entsprechender Einteilung auch 4-Tage-Woche möglich

Vergütung

  • € 2.400 bis € 3.000 netto pro Monat
  • Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Start

Ab sofort

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Montage von Fenstern, Fensterbänken, Türen, Garagentoren und Beschattungen
  • Eigenständiges Abwickeln und Leiten von Baustellen
  • Als Vorarbeiter_in zusätzlich: Baustellenleitung und Teamführung
  • Dein Profil
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Tischler/in mit Montageerfahrung

Oder:

  • Lehre als Metalltechniker/in / Schlosser/in mit Fenstererfahrung
  • Lehre als Glaser/in / Fassadenmonteur/in / Sonnenschutzmonteur/in

Zusätzlich:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Montage von Fenstern und Türen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Für Vorarbeiter_innen: Erfahrung in Baustellenleitung und Teamführung von Vorteil
  • Das bekommst du
  • Firmenbus: Abholung und Heimfahrt, kein eigener Arbeitsweg nötig
  • Freitag immer frei ab Mittag, als Vorarbeiter 4-Tage-Woche möglich

  • Hängerschein, Kranschein und weitere Qualifikationen werden vom Betrieb bezahlt
