Lead end-to-end global projects and initiatives, establishing the appropriate structure, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management approach.
Assess the impact of new processes and transformation initiatives on supplier operations and ensure supplier readiness is considered as part of implementation and deployment plans.
Support the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators and supplier-related KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.

Apply strong analytical skills to assess processes, supplier performance, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Influence stakeholders and suppliers to adopt or adjust existing and new processes.
Apply best practices in business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurement, continuous improvement, and change management.
Work with other Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate new and existing business processes.
Prioritize and execute projects that drive ongoing business and supplier performance improvements.
