  • Sie verantworten die globale Data-Governance- und Data-Quality-Strategie der Voith Group.
  • Konzernweite Governance-Strukturen, Rollenmodelle und Standards entwickeln und etablieren Sie nachhaltig.
  • Die Definition und Umsetzung von Richtlinien für Datenqualität, Verantwortlichkeiten und Compliance treiben Sie weltweit voran.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen koordinieren Sie Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität und Transparenz.
  • Die Einführung von Kennzahlen, Standards und Kontrollen zur Messung der Datenqualität verantworten Sie global.
  • Sie fördern eine datenorientierte Unternehmenskultur und stärken das Bewusstsein für Datenverantwortung in allen Unternehmensbereichen.
  • Sie führen das zentrale Group Data Governance und Data Quality Team disziplinarisch, bauen eine globale Data Governance Community auf und steuern die Data Stewards fachlich.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Data Governance, Data Quality oder Information Management zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse etablierter Datenmanagement-Frameworks und Governance-Methoden bringen Sie mit.
  • Erfahrungen im Aufbau globaler Governance-Strukturen in internationalen Organisationen runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie verbinden analytisches Denkvermögen mit ausgeprägter Moderations- und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Die erfolgreiche Steuerung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kooperationsfähigkeit gleichermaßen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
