The Role
The Global Installed Base Commercial Excellence Analyst is responsible for the ongoing update, improvement, and reliability of the fundamental analytics supporting the Global Installed Base and Pricing businesses. The role ensures leaders and regional teams have clear, consistent, and actionable visibility to performance, while continuously improving the dashboards, metrics, reporting, and analytical processes used to manage the business. The analyst will combine commercial understanding, analytical problem solving, and hands-on execution to translate data into actions that protect revenue, identify growth opportunities, and improve commercial productivity.
Building on this analytical foundation, a key part of the role is to explore and advance AI-enabled commercial transformation across Global Installed Base and Pricing. The successful candidate will be naturally curious and bring some practical experience with AI or digital transformation initiatives - for example identifying use cases, testing new tools, supporting pilots, improving workflows, or helping teams adopt new solutions. Deep technical or software-development expertise is not required; what matters most is curiosity, learning agility, experimentation, and the ability to connect technology with real commercial problems. The role will also apply the principles of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES), including standard work, visual management, problem solving, and continuous improvement, to turn insights into measurable business impact.
In This Role, You Will
Own the ongoing update, improvement, and reliability of the fundamental analytics supporting the Global Installed Base and Pricing businesses, ensuring leaders and regions have clear, consistent, and actionable visibility to performance.
Continuously improve the underlying dashboards, reporting, metrics, and analytical processes used to manage Global IB and Pricing.
Identify gaps in data quality, reporting logic, and business visibility, and work across functions to improve accuracy, usability, and decision support.
Translate business needs into improved analytics, tools, and standard reporting that help teams better understand price, volume, retention, installed base performance, and growth opportunities.
Build from this analytical foundation to explore and implement new AI-enabled and digital solutions that improve prediction, productivity, opportunity identification, and commercial execution.
Actively test new AI tools and use cases, identify practical applications for Global IB and Pricing, and support pilots that can be scaled across regions.
Develop early-warning, diagnostic, and predictive capabilities to identify revenue risks, declining customers, pricing leakage, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
Monitor global and regional IB performance and support teams deviating from targets with structured analysis, root-cause understanding, and actionable recommendations and countermeasures.
Design, coordinate, and track global and regional IB growth campaigns, with clear objectives, adoption measures, and measurable commercial outcomes.
Support the global rollout and adoption of IB commercial excellence and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, helping translate successful pilots into scalable standard work and continuous improvement across regions.
Capture Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer feedback and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Service, and IT/Data teams to continuously refine tools, processes, and commercial initiatives.
The Essential Requirements of the Job Include
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, commercial excellence, revenue operations, analytics, marketing, consulting, digital transformation, or a related commercial role. Strong recent graduates with relevant internships, project experience, or practical exposure to AI-enabled business transformation may also be considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to connect data to commercial actions and business outcomes.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort working with large and varied data sets.
Working knowledge of CRM and business intelligence tools; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and levels in a global matrix organization.
High level of curiosity and learning agility, with a demonstrated interest in experimenting with AI and emerging digital technologies to solve real business problems.
Some practical experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives - such as identifying use cases, testing tools, participating in pilots, improving workflows, or supporting user adoption. This experience may come from a professional role, internship, consulting project, or university project.
