Both roles offer strong exposure to strategic learning initiatives impacting ~18,000 employees worldwide and the opportunity to work in a highly digital, tech-enabled environment.
1. About our team
The Global Learning team designs and deploys programs that directly support the Group’s strategy by building critical capabilities across the organization.
These programs include:

Both apprentices will work closely together and support Learning Managers on high-visibility initiatives.
Coordinate global program rollouts (session creation, enrollments, tracking, logistics).

Support communication plans and produce engagement assets (posts, videos, updates).
Collaborate with stakeholders and learning partners worldwide.

Leverage digital tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance learning experiences.
Depending on priorities and individual strengths, responsibilities may evolve throughout the year.
