Job Details
The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth within World Courier's Strategic Accounts portfolio and support the adoption of priority services and solutions. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role leads the planning, development, launch, and performance measurement of global marketing campaigns, including new service launches and strategic growth initiatives. Working closely with Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Regional Marketing teams, the Enterprise Marketing Manager ensures campaigns are effectively deployed globally and activated regionally to support customer engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
This role owns campaign strategy, launch planning, performance reporting, and global-to-regional campaign enablement, while regional teams are responsible for local execution and market activation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Marketing
- Develop marketing programmes that support growth within World Courier's Strategic Accounts portfolio.
- Partner with Strategic Account leaders and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of key services and solutions.
- Create targeted customer marketing initiatives that align with strategic business priorities and customer needs.
- Develop customer-focused messaging, campaigns, content, and engagement activities designed to support account growth objectives.
Global Campaign Strategy & Go-to-Market Launches
- Lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns supporting strategic business priorities and growth opportunities.
- Manage go-to-market marketing plans for new service launches, product enhancements, and solution introductions.
- Develop campaign positioning, messaging, value propositions, and activation plans that can be leveraged across regions.
- Partner with Product, Innovation, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure successful campaign launches and adoption.
- Establish campaign objectives, timelines, success measures, and performance targets.
Campaign Enablement & Regional Activation
- Develop campaign playbooks, toolkits, and supporting materials to enable regional execution.
- Lead campaign handoff and launch readiness activities with regional marketing teams.
- Provide guidance and support to regions to ensure consistent execution and adoption of global campaigns.
- Gather market feedback and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define campaign measurement frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, including engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing and commercial leadership.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Commercial, Strategic Accounts, Product Management, Innovation, Sales Operations, and Regional Marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Partner with Digital Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to execute integrated marketing programmes.
Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning, and customer experience across all global campaigns and touchpoints
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, campaign management, or product marketing.
- Experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns and go-to-market launches.
- Experience supporting strategic or enterprise customer segments within complex B2B organizations.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, campaign reporting, and pipeline analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across regions and within a matrix organisation.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Strong campaign planning and programme management skills.
- Experience managing global launches and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing programmes.
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, logistics, or other regulated industries preferred.
Salary : 4510 - 6444 EUR gross monthly
