Job Description

A Day in the Life: A typical day begins with reviewing Power BI data-quality dashboards to identify issues in customer segmentation, account attributes, and sales territory assignments. The analyst investigates discrepancies, validates requests with stakeholders, and updates critical data across systems such as SAP CRM and Salesforce.

Throughout the day, they assess the business impact of proposed changes, modify territory boundaries and maps in ArcGIS Pro, and test updates before moving them into production. They also collaborate with regional counterparts to resolve issues, align processes, and ensure that accurate, timely data supports sales reporting and business decisions. The role combines data analysis, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Account Attribution:

· Govern and maintain critical account attributes such as Industry, Customer Type and Segment in SAP CRM and Salesforce.

· Monitor quality of attribute data from CRM using Power BI DQ dashboards, with the ability to take corrective action as necessary.

· Connect with Stakeholders when necessary to understand criticality/business reasons for requests.

· Analyze impact of critical attribute changes and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Territory Management:

· Review and finalize proposed territory assignment changes in Goal Setting system and update system of records as necessary.

· Create/Merge/Modify APR (Area of Primary responsibility) in ArcGIS Pro and other downstream systems.

· Maintain and change partner APR boundaries using ArcGIS Pro as per stakeholder's requirements.

· Create new maps and maintain existing maps using ArcGIS Pro as per request.

· Test and push mapping changes from ArcGIS Pro Desktop to PROD environment and DEV environment.

· SOH (Sales office Hierarchy) creation and modification in CRM system.

· Collaborate with counterparts from other regions to ensure operational excellence.

The Essentials - You Will Have

· Bachelor's degree.

· 1+ years of experience in ArcGIS Pro

· At least 6 Months of experience on any CRM tool such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Hubspot etc.

· Proficient in handling and analyzing large data sets in MS Excel and/or Power BI.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

· Experience working with Anaplan.

· Knowledge of D&B SIC codes and customer segmentation methodologies.

· Experience supporting sales operations, territory planning, or customer data governance.

· Experience managing large datasets and performing data quality analysis.
