We are seeking a Global Platform Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end leadership for ServiceNow / EmployeeWorks platform delivery and broader employee experience roadmap. This role will serve as the single accountable delivery leader responsible for converting platform investment into measurable business outcomes, execution discipline, governance, and sustained value realization.

This leader will manage the integrated delivery model across ADI, vendors, and implementation partners. The role will own delivery performance, enterprise roadmap discipline, release sequencing, risk / dependency management, executive reporting, and the transition from implementation into long-term platform operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own integrated platform delivery. Lead the end-to-end roadmap, release plan, delivery cadence, milestones, risks, dependencies, decision forums, and operating rhythm for the ServiceNow platform.

Convert investment into outcomes. Define measurable business outcomes, value realization measures, adoption goals, efficiency targets, and executive-ready progress reporting tied to the platform investment.

Manage the enterprise roadmap. Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize demand, sequence releases, and balance implementation commitments with capacity.

Establish governance and decision discipline. Create clear forums for intake, prioritization, design decisions, release readiness, escalation, risk management, and benefits tracking.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams. Coordinate resources to deliver ServiceNow / EmployeeWorks capabilities on time, within scope, and with strong adoption readiness.

Protect platform integrity and scalability. Partner with HRIS, IT architecture, security, data, and product owners to avoid over-customization, reduce technical debt, and maintain enterprise standards.

Oversee release and change readiness. Ensure releases include process readiness, knowledge readiness, training inputs, testing, communications, hyper-care, support model handoffs, and post-go-live improvements.

Manage executive communications. Translate complex program status into concise narratives on roadmap progress, risks, decisions needed, financials, value, and employee impact for Leadership Team governance.

Build internal delivery capability. Develop operating practices, talent capability, vendor governance, delivery standards, and playbooks that sustain the platform beyond initial implementation.

Ensure compliance and controls. Embed data privacy, access, audit, SOX / GDPR considerations, and HR security requirements into delivery governance and release decisions.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, shared services, digital employee experience, or platform delivery programs.

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple vendors, IT partners, business stakeholders, and global teams.

Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HR shared services, HRIS / Workday ecosystem, case management, workflow automation, service delivery models, and employee experience platforms.

Experience implementing or sustaining ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center / EmployeeWorks, AI Search, Virtual Agent, case management, knowledge management, or enterprise workflow platforms.

Experience leading platform teams, product-oriented delivery models, Agile / hybrid delivery, release trains, portfolio governance, or demand management.

Experience with benefits realization, ROI reporting, financial planning, capacity planning, and workforce / vendor resourcing models.

COMPETENCIES

PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, ServiceNow, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.

Demonstrated ability to define outcomes, manage roadmaps, prioritize demand, govern releases, and track value realization across a multi-year transformation.

Strong executive presence and ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, including tradeoffs, risks, decisions, funding, and measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of data privacy, security, compliance, and controls relevant to employee data and HR platforms.
