Global Process Delivery Analyst II, Tier 3

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the APGC Global Process Delivery (GPD) team and partner with the GPD hub team, employees, managers, HR Business Partners, People Solutions Advisory, Payroll, Total Rewards, Global Process Owners, and Technology teams to deliver projects and drive process enhancements to improve employee experiences and deliver scalable HR solutions globally.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• •3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, Process Excellence, or related fields.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• •Experience leading or supporting process improvement, system enhancement, implementation, or change initiatives.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
• •Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow, reporting tools, or similar HR technologies.
• •Ability to simplify complex information and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• •A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, digital solutions, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• •Identify and solve operational issues through process, system, or service improvements.
• •Lead root cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• •Partner with regional and global stakeholders to design, test, and implement process and system enhancements.
• •Support project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, implementation, and post-launch support.
• •Develop reporting, insights, and recommendations to support operational performance and decision-making.
• •Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, controls, and knowledge resources.
• •Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle services.
• •Share expertise and contribute to capability building across the team.
