Global Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist (m/f/d)

## Introduction/About us

As a Global Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator, you are responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous evolution of Salesforce Data Cloud within the global Customer Engagement ecosystem. You act as the technical subject matter expert for Data Cloud architecture, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, data modeling, data ingestion, identity resolution, data governance, and analytical capabilities. You will collaborate with Product Owners, CRM teams, and IT teams to deliver scalable data solutions while maintaining alignment with global data governance and architecture standards.

## Your Tasks

Data Cloud Administration & Platform Management

• •Administer and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud environments, including configurations, releases, enhancements, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• •Configure and manage Data Streams, DMOs, DLOs, and data mappings across Salesforce and external platforms.
• •Configure, monitor, and optimize data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and activation, resolving data quality and processing issues.

Identity Resolution & Customer 360

• •Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Identity Resolution rulesets, matching strategies, reconciliation rules, and criteria.
• •Ensure accurate Customer 360 profile unification across data sources by monitoring performance, improving matching accuracy, and applying effective data governance.

Calculated Insights & Analytics

• •Design, develop, maintain, and optimize SQL-based Calculated Insights for scalable customer metrics, audience attributes, KPIs, and behavioral indicators.
• •Support AI, predictive analytics, and customer-intelligence use cases using Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.

Data Architecture & Solution Design

• •Act as the Salesforce Data Cloud subject matter expert, guiding solution architecture, integrations, master data management, data quality, and customer data strategy.
• •Design and maintain scalable data models for agreed marketing, sales, service, and analytics use cases in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, CRM, and business stakeholders.
• •Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards, and support solution design workshops for global and regional initiatives.

Segmentation & Activation

• •Build, maintain, and optimize audiences, segments, and activation workflows for marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• •Ensure activation readiness across connected Salesforce platforms and external destinations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting.

Data Governance & Quality Management

• •Establish data quality, governance, consent, compliance, and operational support standards and best practices within Data Cloud.
• •Monitor data health, ingestion failures, matching anomalies, and activation issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• •Partner with global and regional Marketing, Sales, CRM, Commercial Excellence, and IT stakeholders, providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• •Provide expert support and troubleshooting for complex Data Cloud topics, and enable users through knowledge-sharing and platform activities.

## Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• •At least 3 years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 experience.
• •Proven experience designing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• •Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture and Customer 360, including data modelling, ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, data quality, and activation.
• •Experience with Calculated Insights and SQL for analytics, data transformation, and performance optimisation.
• •Working knowledge of customer data platforms, data warehousing, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• •Experience with global governance, cross-regional teams, Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver scalable solutions and manage competing priorities independently.
• •Fluent English, cross-cultural effectiveness, and willingness to travel internationally; additional languages are an advantage.
