  • Strategische und operative Beratung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Lifecycles.
  • Strategische Begleitung ausgewählter globaler Funktionsfamilien in einem internationalen Matrixumfeld sowie HR-seitige Betreuung von Business Units in Deutschland.

  • Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen, Transformationsinitiativen und Change-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher, betrieblicher und unternehmensinterner Vorgaben.
