Purpose of the role

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. The role will help us enhance customer experience create visibility on OOG Quoting performance.

You will be Responsible for:

• •Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• •Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
• •Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
• •Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.
• •Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.
• •Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.
• •Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.
• •Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

Qualifications

• •Having 5+ years of relevant experience.
• •Good Understanding of Pricing & Quoting process.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication in English
