Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs across various indirect categories, including Mapping, Customer Platforms, and Identity and Integrity.

Negotiate complex contracts, deliver savings, manage stakeholder relationships, build category strategies, and implement sourcing best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategy, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

3 years of experience in job offered, procurement, or related occupation.

At least three (3) years of experience with strategic technology sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.

At least three (3) years of experience with procurement technology platforms, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.

Experience with analyzing and interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.

Experience with project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $118,000 - $147,000/year. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
