Job Description
- Our Vision
- At Pinnacle, our vision is to make the world reliable, one customer at a time. Reliability, to us, means customers can trust that their facilities operate when and how they are supposed to — safely, efficiently, and continuously improving.
- We help our customers increase safety, efficiency, and performance by deeply understanding their goals, solving real problems, executing with discipline, and staying aligned every step of the way. This is not abstract — it is how we work, every day.
- How We Work: The Pinnacle Way
- Every role at Pinnacle operates within The Pinnacle Way (TPW). This is not a set of values on a wall — it is the standard by which we hire, work, and measure our success.
- We Understand
- We seek to understand the real goals, constraints, people, and dynamics at play — not just what is said out loud. We listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and adjust when our assumptions are wrong.
- We Solve
- We take ownership of problems. We collaborate, think creatively, and build thoughtful solutions — especially when the path forward is not obvious.
- We Execute
- We value disciplined execution. Our work is organized, intentional, high-quality, and delivered with consistency. We follow through and hold ourselves accountable.
- We Align
- We communicate clearly and proactively. We keep each other and customers informed, aligned, and never surprised by outcomes or progress.
- Who Thrives at Pinnacle
- Across every function, level, and role, successful Pinnacle team members consistently demonstrate these behaviors:
- Hungry – You are driven, self-motivated, and energized by meaningful work. You look for ways to contribute beyond what is asked.
- Humble – You prioritize team and customer success over personal recognition. You give credit, accept feedback, and own mistakes.
- Smart – You learn quickly, think critically, and navigate complexity with curiosity rather than intimidation.
- No Fear – You are comfortable with ambiguity, willing to take thoughtful risks, and resilient when things don’t go as planned.
- These are not “nice to have” behaviors; they are essential.

- Go To Market Project Lead
- Job Summary
- You will be a hands‑on marketing project manager to run execution, delivery and reporting for Pinnacle’s Go-to-Market team. You will translate strategy into detailed plans, coordinate cross‑functional work, own the project board and weekly delivery rhythms, and produce the regular Excel / Power BI reports leadership uses. This is an execution and program management role.
Job Duties
- Plan and maintain the marketing program roadmap: convert quarterly campaign briefs into prioritized workstreams, milestones and a weekly Gantt/kanban cadence in Asana.
- Run end‑to‑end production for campaign assets: create briefs, track progress through content → design → review → QA → publish, enforce deadlines and handoffs.
- Coordinate external partners and fractional consultants: manage scope, deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria for agencies, HubSpot consultants, designers and contractors.
- Build, maintain and operate recurring reporting: maintain funnel and campaign spreadsheets, refresh Power BI / Excel dashboards, prepare the weekly executive summary and slide exports for board/LT.
- HubSpot project coordination: coordinate HubSpot builds and validate workflows in collaboration with our existing team.
- Meeting facilitation and stakeholder communications: run weekly marketing standups, prepare agendas, clear action owners and follow up; synthesize SME inputs into clear task lists.
- Risk management and escalation: identify bottlenecks early (SME delays, dependencies), propose mitigation, and escalate to leadership with clear options.
- Process documentation and continuous improvement: maintain playbooks (campaign, webinar, newsletter, landing page), capture lessons learned and streamline standard operating procedures.
- Hands‑on Excel and light Power BI work: create pivots, formulas, and charts to answer strategic question
Accountabilities/Results/Success for this role
- Campaigns and launches delivered on time and on brief.
- Weekly dashboard and executive summary published on schedule with accurate, validated data and clear insights.
- Asana task completion rate meets target S‑curve of 85% of committed tasks completed by planned publish date.
- Reduced review/approval cycle times (time from first draft to publish) by measurable percent within first 90 days.
- Smooth vendor delivery: fractional HubSpot consultant and agency SLAs met; critical milestones hit without rework
Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies
- 5+ years project management or program delivery in B2B SaaS or technical marketing environments (execution focus).
- Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), intermediate Power BI (or Looker/Tableau) experience for dashboarding, Asana admin experience, familiarity with HubSpot marketing flows
- Execution skills: strong task structuring, version control, QA mindset, asset tracking and ability to enforce deadlines while maintaining team morale.
- Communication: excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder briefs, meeting notes and executive summaries.
- Vendor & stakeholder management: proven ability to manage external agencies and fractional consultants and to coordinate SMEs across time zones and functions.
- Personal traits: high urgency, detail orientation, pragmatic problem solver.
- Logistics: Must be able to work primarily from the office.
What We Expect From Every Pinnacle Employee
Regardless of role, title, or tenure, you will be expected to:
- Take ownership of your work and outcomes
- Seek to understand before acting

- Execute with discipline, quality, and reliability
- Communicate clearly to maintain alignment with teammates and customers
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and respect in all interactions
- Continuously learn, improve, and grow — personally and professionally
What This Environment Is Not
Pinnacle may not be the right fit if you:
- Prefer rigid structure with narrowly defined responsibilities
- Avoid accountability, feedback, or ownership of outcomes
- Expect problems to be solved for you rather than with you
- Are uncomfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments
- Prioritize personal recognition over team success
We believe clarity works both ways. Our goal is long-term mutual success — not just filling roles.
