Job Summary

Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• •Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
• •Take accurate food and beverage orders
• •Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently
• •Address customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns

Food Preparation

• •Prepare menu items according to company standards
• •Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
• •Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Operations Support

• •Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and workstations
• •Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• •Follow opening and closing procedures
• •Work collaboratively with team members during shifts

Compliance & Safety

• •Follow health and safety standards at all times
• •Adhere to company policies and procedures
• •Ensure proper handling of equipment and tools

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• •Minimum 1 year experience in GCC in F&B or customer service
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
