Graduate Customer Experience Consultant
Location: London
Intake: April & September
Salary: £35,000 plus additional benefits
About the job you’re considering
Digital experiences are changing rapidly, driven by emerging technologies, AI, evolving customer expectations and new ways of working. As a Graduate Customer Experience Consultant, you'll help organisations create better experiences for their customers, colleagues and stakeholders by combining business understanding, technology, AI, data-driven insight and human-centred thinking.
This is not a traditional graduate role where you'll be confined to a single discipline. During your early career, you'll gain exposure to the full breadth of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) across domains such as CRM, marketing, customer service, commerce and sales. You will develop an understanding of how these areas combine to create connected customer experiences, and how consulting, delivery, operations, design, AI, data & analytics, product development and Centres of Excellence work together to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, business analysts, product owners, designers, architects, technology specialists and senior leaders, building a deep understanding of how technology can transform customer experiences. You will learn how organisations can apply AI, automation, data and analytics to better understand customer needs, personalise interactions, improve services and make more informed decisions. You will help explore where these capabilities can solve genuine customer and business challenges, while considering the importance of responsible, secure and human-centred use.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your role
As a Graduate Customer Experience Consultant, you'll spend your first years building expertise across our DCX practice while contributing to client projects and internal initiatives. You will:
• Build knowledge of enterprise platforms alongside AI technologies and digital experience solutions, learning how to identify and recommend the right technology to meet customer and business needs (technologies include but are not limited to Salesforce, NiCE, Acquia, Service Now, Google, AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic)
• Work closely with senior leaders across the DCX practice, gaining insight into consulting, strategy, operations, data analysis and decision making and business growth.
- • Support innovation initiatives, communities and thought leadership activities within the practice.
- • Gain experience across delivery, operations, governance and Centres of Excellence to build a holistic understanding of consulting and digital transformation.
- • Learn how organisations design, deliver and optimise digital customer experiences.
- • Support client projects by gathering requirements, analysing business challenges and helping identify opportunities for improvement using live data
- • Work with multidisciplinary teams including business analysts, designers, product owners, developers and architects.
- • Develop knowledge of customer experience platforms, digital products, AI solutions, data & analytics and emerging technologies.
- • Contribute to workshops, research activities, process analysis and stakeholder engagement sessions.
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
Graduate Development Experience
Our graduate experience is designed to help you build the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled world. From day one, you'll be part of a community focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering accelerated solutions for our clients.
Through a combination of professional and technical development, client experience, and mentorship, you’ll develop the capabilities to solve complex challenges, innovate with confidence, and contribute from the very start of your career. Supercharge your development with access to our best-in-class content providers and technology partners including Harvard Business, Microsoft, OpenAI, and more.
Built around modules that encourage you to think creatively, embrace new technologies and turn ideas into meaningful impact. You’ll work alongside leaders and experts to build future-focused skills that prepare you for long-term success in technology, business, and consulting careers.
