Are you graduating in 2026 or have you recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or a related discipline? Are you ready to launch your career in a role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement and real-world problem-solving?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious and driven Graduate Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team commencing 9 February 2027 . This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive dedicated mentoring and work on customer solutions that make a genuine impact from day one.

This role is based in Melbourne, with a hybrid work model that combines office and remote working.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with our Senior Customer Solutions Engineers and Provisioning team to design and deliver tailored telecommunications and networking solutions.
  • Learn how enterprise-grade technologies come together, including NBN, fibre, CPE, VoIP, number porting, data centre services, security and IP networking.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and support the delivery of solutions that make a genuine difference.
  • Contribute to solution design activities, product evaluations and technical research while developing your consulting skills.
  • Support customer implementations, hypercare and handover activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop your troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
  • Explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation and cloud technologies and their application within telecommunications.
  • Follow a structured development pathway with mentoring, professional development opportunities and clear milestones designed to accelerate your growth.
  • Participate in graduate program workshops, networking opportunities and development sessions alongside other graduates across the business.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or a related discipline completed within the last two years.
  • While not essential, previous exposure to networking, telecommunications, cloud technologies or cyber security through internships, university projects, or work experience will be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of your work.
  • A willingness to step outside your comfort zone, embrace challenges and continuously develop your skills.

Bonus points (but not essential)

  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP Service Provider certifications.
  • Fortinet NSE certifications.
  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar certifications.
  • Home labs, personal projects, internships or other hands-on technical experience.

We're looking for people who are curious, motivated and eager to learn. If you bring the right attitude, we'll help you build the skills.
