About the Role

Techsol Engineers is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program . This structured one-year training program is designed to provide practical exposure across engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, and operations, enabling trainees to build a strong technical foundation and develop into future engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist in engineering design, manufacturing, and production activities.
• •Support project execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• •Monitor equipment and machine performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.
• •Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings.
• •Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• •Support quality inspections, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Participate in process optimization and Lean/5S improvement activities.
• •Assist in vendor interactions, material inspections, and technical evaluations.
• •Learn company products, engineering standards, and project execution methodologies.
• •Provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development team whenever required.
• •Adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• •B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• •Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience .
• •Good academic record with strong technical fundamentals.
• •Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
• •Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• •Willingness to travel across project sites and customer locations, if required.
• •Immediate joiners will be preferred.
