Graduate, IT Leadership Development Programme 2025

• Aptiv’s IT Graduate Program is a rotational program to develop future IT leaders within our organization.
• Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months and in different areas of IT. This Program provides participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the IT organization, including:

• •Business Relationship Management
• •IT Project Delivery
• •IT Operations

Your Background:

• •Degree qualified or final year student in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing.
• •Practical experience in IT would be an advantage.
• •Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• •Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• •Strong communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.
• •Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal.
