Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator focus is to lead graphic design and assist in digital marketing efforts for our marketing and lead generation initiatives. The Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator will help create and maintain our overall sales and marketing materials including both print, digital and web formats, including, website development and maintenance, sales catalogs, and social media coordination/strategy.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and design visual materials for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, email newsletters, brochures, and flyers that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and visually appealing.

Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring it is up to date, organized, and accessible to the team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.

Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned

Travel : The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience.

Experience :

1 - 3 years of experience supporting marketing in a multifaceted organization preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with web design, HTML/CSS, and WordPress.

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and marketing automation.

Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Boosted posts is an asset.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to both accuracy and quality.

Able to work independently, virtually and in as a Team.
