Graphic Designer, IN-Events

The IN Events team is looking for a graphic designer to build the creative on-site experience for Amazon.in's biggest shopping moments like Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, Great Summer Sale plus a steady run of topical and seasonal events (like Valentines Day, Onam, etc). As a Graphic Designer, you will create graphics for event store pages, banners, headers, widgets, social posts and motion assets that reach millions of customers.

You should be strong in visual design, typography, layout and brand consistency, and fluent in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You should understand how design choices affect the customer journey and performance numbers like CTR, and be able to adapt creatives across placements, categories and regional languages without losing quality.

The work moves fast. Deadlines are tight, priorities shift, and dozens of requests can land at once during peak events. You will work daily with category, marketing, merchandising, D1, turning complex briefs into clear visuals, pushing back when needed, and holding a high quality bar.

We want someone who is comfortable with AI tools. You should already be using generative AI tools to work faster, produce more versions, and try out new creative formats. You should also be willing to challenge how things are done today. You won't accept "this is how we've always done it" as a reason, and you'll look for better ways to rebuild design workflows for events with AI.

Basic qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree within last 12 months in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent
• - Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
• - Experience: 3+ years as a graphic designer in a creative agency or similar creative production environment.
• - AI Proficiency: Proficient in AI tools.
• - Software Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
• - Design Mastery: Color theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital media.
• - Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools
