Key Responsibilities:

• •Composite stylized imagery to align with brand standards.
• •Compose educational assets for e-com product pages
• •Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital assets.
• •Designing compelling call-to-action elements that encouragepurchase.
• •Create visual merchandising mockups to showcase ideas and concepts.
• •Develop event graphics and visuals with quick turnaround times.
• •Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across projects.
• •Adapt to various design tasks and support other departments as needed.
• •This role regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in planning, prioritizing, and executing design work, including selecting concepts, methods, and techniques to achieve project objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design.
• •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• •A creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate.
• •Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• •Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• •A portfolio showcasing your design skills (required).

Preferred Skills (but not required):

• •Knowledge of other design tools or platforms.
• •Retouching experience
• •Experience in visual merchandising or event graphics design print and digital.
• •Proficiency in Figma is a plus.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $72,384 - $80,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
