Der Golfclub Emstal Lingen e.V. sucht zum 01.02.2027 eine/n Greenkeeper (in) m/w/d in Vollzeit.

Unsere 18-Loch-Golfanlage liegt eingebettet in einem typischen emsländischen naturbelassenem Gelände an der Ems. Wir sind vom Deutschen Golf Verband mit dem Zertifikat „Golf und Natur“ in Gold ausgezeichnet und gehören zu den am besten bewerteten Plätzen in Deutschland.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Greenkeeping-Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierten Mitarbeiter/in mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Golfanlage
  • Ausführen von Mäharbeiten
  • Raseneinsaat, Soden verlegen, Düngen, Bewässern, Vertikutieren, Aerifizieren, Besanden
  • Schnittmaßnahmen an Hecken und Gehölzen
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Golfplatzelemente (Wege, Zäune, Tafeln)
  • Mithilfe bei Bau- und Reparaturarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrungen in einem grünen Beruf sind von Vorteil (Landschaftsgärtner, Landwirt, Greenkeeper), aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität während der golfbetriebsbedingten Arbeitszeiten, Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
