Campaign Deployment: Steer multi-channel commercial campaigns specifically tailored for digital adoption, measuring success through KPIs like number of opportunities generated and converted into orders. Implement and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure the success of commercial campaigns and growth initiatives.
Solution Bundling: Create integrated packages combining hardware, field services, and software (GridBeats APM) to provide end-to-end lifecycle support. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bundle GridBeats software with hardware renewals and life-extension projects.

The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of the following asset health parameters:
HV Asset Health: Ability to interpret Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA), bushing power factor, and thermal data of transformers. Understanding of mechanical timing, SF6 pressure, and contact wear as key indicators for maintenance intervention for Circuit Breakers. Expertise in partial discharge monitoring and thermal imaging to prevent catastrophic failures and unplanned outages of Cables. Proficiency in identifying how external environment, load cycling, and grid transients impact the degradation of electrical infrastructure.
