Job Summary

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and grill food items according to established recipes and standards

Operate grill and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Work in a fast-paced environment during peak service times

Multitask while maintaining accuracy, speed, and food quality

Perform food prep duties including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients

Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines

Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked

Assist with cleaning duties and closing tasks as assigned

Follow all company policies related to safety, sanitation, and operations

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Frequent bending, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the shift

Ability to work for extended periods in a hot kitchen environment
