Grinding Booth operator

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Grinding Booth Operator is responsible for products received from demolding and responsible for providing the Assembly Joining team high quality and low-cost decks, hulls, and small parts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Shear cuts and drills hulls for customer component installations.
• •Cuts consoles and ensures all box openings are ground to customer specifications. Hulls must be shear cut and have the appropriate plumbing outlets drilled.
• •Grounds hulls to customer specifications. Hulls must be free of burrs and cleaned before moving part to next area.
• •Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free
• •Helps push mold into booth
• •ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• •Ability to work as a Team
• •Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception
• •Coordination simultaneously
