Deine Aufgaben bei unseren Partnerunternehmen:

  • 🔹 Erstellung von Versand- und Lieferscheinen
  • 🔹 Rechnungs- sowie Gutschriftenerstellung für Kunden und Lieferanten
  • 🔹 Stammdatenpflege
  • 🔹 Kundenbetreuung
  • 🔹 Kundenbetreuung
  • 🔹 Organisation von nationalen- sowie internationalen Warensendungen
  • 🔹 Erstellung, Prüfung und Änderung von Akkreditiven
  • 🔹 Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
  • 🔹 Materialbeschaffung
  • 🔹 Durchführung von Lagerkorrekturbuchungen

Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
