We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to support our tree care operations. This position is crucial to the success of the crew, assisting with driving, ground-level tasks, equipment handling, and job site cleanup. This role plays a key role in ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.

What You’ll Do:

Assist climbers in performing all aspects of the tree removal and pruning services safely and skillfully for our clients

Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including: Chainsaws, aerial lifts and more.

Tree debris and log clean up.

Small equipment operation - skid steer, mini skid steer, and stump grinder.

Operating ropes in tree removal rigging operations

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Love for trees and the outdoors

CDL preferred, willingness to obtain a CDL if you don’t have one.

Pass a DOT and drug screen required.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
