As an Interim Group Accountant, you'll be at the center of global financial reporting, collaborating with teams across 40+ countries while helping drive improvements to reporting processes and supporting a significant ERP transformation program.

What Your Impact Is:

• •Ensure the accuracy and reliability of global financial reporting and month-end submissions.
• •Drive consistency and data integrity across multiple business units and regions.
• •Support critical year-end reporting processes and financial governance activities.

• •Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives linked to ERP and reporting system enhancements.
• •Develop strong partnerships across Group Finance, FP&A, regional teams, and business units worldwide.

What You'll Bring:

Required

• •Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• •Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or group finance environments.
• •Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data.
• •Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• •Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and process ownership.
• •Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.

Preferred

• •Experience with OneStream or other financial consolidation and reporting platforms.
• •Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, or systems enhancement projects.
• •Previous exposure to multinational or multi-entity reporting environments.
• •Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring junior finance professionals.
• •Knowledge of financial controls, data governance, and reporting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Reporting

• •Manage the monthly financial reporting submission process across global business units.
• •Partner with business units and FP&A teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Flash and Actual results.
• •Validate reported financial data and investigate anomalies or discrepancies.
• •Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and working capital reporting.
• •Prepare management accounts and reporting packs for key stakeholders.

OneStream Administration & Reporting

• •Act as a key user for the OneStream financial reporting platform.
• •Monitor data quality, governance, and reporting controls.
• •Maintain system structures, mappings, and hierarchies.
• •Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and user experience.
• •Support testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• •Provide training and support to global users.

Year-End Reporting & Financial Governance

• •Support the planning and execution of year-end close activities.
• •Coordinate with regional teams and finance stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• •Assist with reviews of business unit submissions and reporting requirements.
• •Support annual system updates, data validation, and testing activities.

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

• •Partner with finance leadership and transformation teams on ERP-related initiatives.
• •Help redesign reporting processes as systems and business requirements evolve.
• •Contribute to improving financial controls, reporting efficiency, and process effectiveness.
• •Support the implementation of reporting enhancements and best practices across the organization.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Support

• •Supervise and mentor the Assistant Accountant, providing guidance and development support.
• •Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business information needs.
• •Support cross-functional initiatives, including annual insurance renewal and other corporate finance activities.
