Group Lead, Operations Account Management

• This is a full-time remote leadership role overseeing operational performance across a portfolio of healthcare clients.
• You’ll serve as a senior operational liaison, connecting client stakeholders with internal delivery teams across revenue cycle functions.
• The role focuses on billing, follow-up, collections, denials, claims resolution, cash performance, and accounts receivable outcomes.
• You’ll use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive corrective action across multiple accounts and teams.
• The position combines client relationship management, strategic problem-solving, operational optimization, and people leadership.
• You’ll mentor operational leaders and staff while establishing consistent execution standards and removing barriers to high-quality delivery.
• Success will be reflected in client stability, reduced escalations, stronger financial performance, and reliable service across the assigned portfolio.
