What You’ll Do
Own customer success and revenue growth : Continuously improve customer experience, streamlining and improving our processes.
Onboard customers : Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic in the most efficient way.
Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities.
Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) : Uncover opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen customer relationships.
Lead strategic projects : Plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
What Makes You a Great Fit
Resilient, driven, and passionate about helping customers realize long-term value — you thrive on a challenge.
Experience in customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for customer facing interactions.
Experience in high growth start up environment.
Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering, or top tier business school degree.
Excellent communication abilities in German and English.
