Growth Analyst – AI & Automation

About the Role

This is a builder's role, not a support role. You'll own and deploy end-to-end AI systems that run core parts of how Snitch grows: how we read creatives, launch and judge campaigns, and price our products. You won't be handed a process to follow. You'll be handed a business problem, the tools to solve it, and the room to decide how.

You'll work directly with leadership on strategic business problems, and you'll have the freedom (and budget) to experiment with emerging AI tools that keep us ahead of the curve.

We care about what you build and ship, not which tools you already know.

What You'll Own

• •Build AI-led systems end to end for core growth functions: Ideate, build and deploy end-to-end workflows across growth business functions (e.g. campaign setup & evaluation, pricing, creative breakdowns).
• •Solve strategic problems with leadership: Work directly with the founders on high-stakes business questions, and turn the answers into systems that keep running after the meeting ends.
• •Own your roadmap: Spot manual, repetitive work across teams, make the case for automating it, ship it, measure the impact and iterate, from idea to production.
• •Stay ahead of the curve: Keep testing new and emerging AI tools, and bring the ones that work into how Snitch operates before everyone else does.

What You'll Walk Away With

• •A working understanding of the core of a consumer brand: marketing, creative, pricing, merchandising and growth.
• •A portfolio of AI systems you built and deployed that are used every day to run the business.
• •Hands-on depth with the newest AI tools, with access to the subscriptions and tech you need to try them.

What We're Looking For

• •Experience : 1–3 years in automation, AI implementation, growth, analytics, or related fields.
• •Proof that you build: workflows, agents, scripts or tools you've shipped, at work or on your own.
• •Strong problem-solving: you can take a messy business problem and break it into something a system can solve.
• •Comfort working independently and figuring things out without step-by-step instructions.
• •A bias for action: you build and test ideas rather than just talk about them.
• •Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, LLMs, APIs, Python/SQL or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.
