Position Overview:
Join N1 as our Asia Growth Lead where you'll play a vital role in leading our growth initiatives in the APAC region. As part of the Growth team, you'll work closely with our executives and team members to expand Layer N's ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners. Your responsibilities will span from identifying and cultivating strong partnerships to constructing efficient growth pipelines and funnels. Moreover, you'll leverage your analytical skills to conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies, all aimed at uncovering new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry
Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore
Strong understanding of blockchain systems, and financial systems
Experience building and scaling growth teams
Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible manner
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Native / fluent proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other commonly spoken languages across APAC regions
