  • As a Growth Marketer, AI-Native, you will turn marketing concepts into live creative assets, campaigns, and experiences that drive measurable growth.
  • You will use generative AI and modern marketing tools to create advertising, landing pages, imagery, and video at speed.
  • The role combines creative production, experimentation, performance marketing, and analytics in a highly hands-on environment.
  • You will launch A/B tests, monitor performance, identify what works, and continuously iterate based on real customer and campaign data.
  • You will work directly with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and internal attribution tools to connect activity with business outcomes.
  • This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building independently, experimenting with emerging technology, and learning quickly.
  • You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with an expectation that you can move ideas from concept to live experiment without relying heavily on separate design or development teams.
