The Job

Build the acquisition engine that powers our significant growth plans in Australia. As our Growth Marketing Manager , you will lead Australian go-to-market strategy and execution as Solar Service Guys transitions to the Omnidian brand. You will drive residential customer acquisition and support commercial pipeline growth, turning creative ideas into measurable, repeatable results.

You’ll have the autonomy to build our local marketing function, with the data, tools and brand resources of a global company behind you. Reporting directly to our Australian Vice President of Growth and partnering with our US Head of Brand Strategy & Innovation, you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and real influence on how Omnidian connects with Australian customers.

In your first year, you will own go-to-market strategy, lead volume and cost per lead, working with sales and service delivery teams to convert leads into delivered work. We’re looking for a resourceful, creative marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action and building something that lasts.
