Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management
Build, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns, initially prioritizing Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for employer-client acquisition.
Develop campaign strategies around priority services, ideal client segments, offers, and consultation-focused calls to action.

Identify opportunities to improve positioning, offers, calls to action, and lead nurturing.
Use performance data to guide funnel improvements and client-acquisition priorities.
Organic Social & Content Direction
Own the strategic direction of client-facing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels to build trust and support lead generation.
Develop monthly campaign plans, content priorities, and creative briefs in partnership with the Content Marketing Specialist.
Use leadership insights, service expertise, client stories, and thought-leadership topics to shape high-value content themes.
Align organic content with paid initiatives so both channels support broader client-acquisition goals.

Set up and maintain campaign measurement across conversion events, pixels, UTM tracking, CRM handoff, and reporting dashboards.
Track marketing spend, leads, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
Provide regular reporting on results, key learnings, and recommended next steps.
