About Us
At Rox , we believe in empowering people to do their best work.
Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.
We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.
Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.
The Team
Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.
Members on our team have:
Founded and exited successful companies
Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic
Won IMO and IOI gold medals
Published field-defining papers
We’re backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
Core Principles
Taste: Craft beautiful experiences.
No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.
Obsession: Commit unreasonably.
In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.
Action: Get it done.
Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.
Your Role
Growth Strategists at Rox own what happens after a deal closes. You'll take Rox into some of the largest revenue organizations in the world and make sure it changes how their sellers work and what their numbers look like. You'll be the person a RevOps VP calls to plan the next phase, and you'll also be in the room with reps working out why a sequence isn't booking enough meetings.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll run a portfolio of enterprise accounts end to end. That means launching new customers, setting goals with executives, finding out what's driving results and building the business case for expansion. You'll work side by side with sales, product, and engineering. What you learn in the field will shape the product and the playbooks the rest of the team uses. If you want to solve hard business problems with a frontier AI product and see your impact show up in customers' revenue numbers, we'd love to talk.
What you’ll own
The launch. Take the handover from sales and run the first 90 days: stakeholder alignment, the mutual action plan, use-case validation, train-the-trainer, and the first leadership readout.
The outcomes. Work with champions and executives to define success metrics with clear baselines, targets, data sources and owners. Then run the weekly operating cadence that hits them.
The diagnosis. Dig into sequence performance, adoption and pipeline data to find what’s actually working. Turn what you find into changes reps will make.
The executive relationship. Run QBRs and strategy sessions with CROs, VPs of Sales and RevOps leaders, and bring them the next high-leverage play before they ask.
The growth arc. Turn proven results into the case for new business units and use cases, working with sales on the commercial side.
The product. Bring what you learn in the field straight to engineering and product leads. Shape roadmap priorities, then drive adoption of what ships.
The compounding. Build the playbooks, Rox skills and agent workflows that let us grow our enterprise customer base faster than our headcount.
Who you are
You have 4+ years in management consulting, strategy or enterprise GTM, with a track record of measurable outcomes delivered alongside client teams.
You’ve earned the trust of VP- and C-level leaders and can hold your ground in the room.
You’re as comfortable rebuilding a rep’s pipeline as presenting to the C-suite, and you don’t think either is beneath you.
You work directly with messy data, whether that’s CRM exports, spreadsheets, or SQL. You build the analysis yourself rather than waiting for someone else to.
You use AI tools every day and have opinions about where they work and where they don’t.
You’d rather have ownership and ambiguity than a well-defined lane.
Nice to have: an MBA, a STEM or quantitative background, or experience in RevOps or a high-growth startup.
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; 5 days a week in office
Why Rox
Momentum: Rox is backed by Sequoia, General Catalyst and GV, and trusted by revenue teams at companies like MongoDB, Ramp, TogetherAI, and XBOW.
Build at the frontier: You'll work on a frontier AI product alongside the people building it. What you see with customers goes straight to product and engineering and ships into the product.
Grow with the function: Growth Strategy is still being built, and strong performers take on more scope quickly. Recent Growth Strategists have been promoted to lead roles within their first year, and there's room to lead a pod, own a segment or help build the function.
Compensation: Competitive base plus meaningful equity
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); flexible PTO
