Im Zuge der anfallenden Projekte sucht unser Mandant einen Grundstücks Akquisiteur (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main/ Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Eigenständige Akquisition und Auswahl geeigneter Grundstücke für Wohnbauprojekte
  • Markt- und Standortanalyse zur Identifizierung attraktiver Entwicklungsflächen
  • Projektierung von Grundstücken unter Einbezug standardisierter Produktkonzepte
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Projektkalkulationen
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Grundstückskaufverträge
  • Abstimmung von Planungskonzepten mit Verwaltungen und Kommunen
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Akquisitionsprozesse
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in der Grundstücksakquise oder Projektentwicklung mit
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Sicheres, professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Planungs-, Bau- und Grundstückrecht von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit Begeisterung für den Wohnungsbau
